Order Processing: Orders will be processed every Monday. Items will be delivered or shipped within 15–20 business days after processing, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that delivery may take up to 20+ business days.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and access to an order tracker. Please keep this email until your order has been received.
Pick-Up / Shipping: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped.
Processing Fee: A 4% processing fee will be applied at checkout.
User Terms: Please ensure all contact information is entered correctly at the time of ordering in case we need to reach you regarding stock issues. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item or cancel your order.
No additions, deletions, or modifications will be accepted after the store closing date. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final—no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
